The ThreatSTOP Internet security service is offered in both a professional and a personal version.  The professional version supports a wide range of corporate firewalls, organized into three classes of devices.  It provides greatly enhanced network security for an entire corporate site.  The personal version offers the same type of security for an individual PC.

ThreatSTOP offers FREE 60-day trials so that you can evaluate the service.  Starting the process is simple. 

The basic steps are:

• Click on the Create an Account button below and enter your contact information
• Once you have an account, you will specify the type of firewall that is subscribing to the ThreatSTOP service, along with its IP address
• Configure your firewall to query a unique DNS name that will upload the active threat list periodically

For the next 60 days, your firewall will block all connections to and from the addresses on the active threat list.  You can generate reports showing how the service is operating by running the firewall logs through the reporting tools.

At the end of the 60-day trial period, you will be required to provide payment information (typically a credit card) in order to continue the service.  Payments can be collected monthly or once a year.
